PetPoint Onboarding

Professional

Welcome to PetPoint! Training is provided to Professional PetPoint version clients through Pethealth Learning Center Courses.  Your training will begin with a 60 minute orientation with your Onboarding Specialist to review the implementation process and answer any questions you may have. Over the next 90 days, you will need to complete the Pethealth Learning Center’s "Setting Up Your Database" as well as the PetPoint Basics menu to give you the best overall understanding on the basics of PetPoint. Courses are available to as many of your group’s staff and volunteers as needed. At the end of these courses, and after you’ve met all the requirements of your agreement, your PetPoint status will be changed to Daily Use! We will be in touch with weekly check-in emails and phone calls along the way, and any time you have questions, you can work with your Onboarding Specialist. After implementation has been completed, please reach out to your PetPoint Onboarding Specialist to answer any questions you may have over the next 90 days.  Following that, your questions will be answered by our Support Team.

Enterprise

Welcome to PetPoint! Training is provided to Enterprise PetPoint version clients through Pethealth Learning Center Courses. Your training will begin with a 60 minute orientation by your Onboarding Specialist to review the implementation process and answer any questions you may have. They will also set up weekly check-in calls, emails, or training sessions along the way, and any time you have questions you can reach out to your Onboarding Specialist. Over the next 90 days, you will need to complete the Pethealth Learning Center’s "Setting Up Your Database" as well as the PetPoint Basics menu to give you the best overall understanding on the basics of PetPoint. Courses are available to as many of your group’s staff and volunteers as needed. At the end of these courses, and after you’ve met all the requirements of your agreement, your PetPoint status will be changed to Daily Use! If you want to utilize additional modules within PetPoint like Case, Hotline or Builders, live online training sessions can be scheduled by your Onboarding Specialist. After implementation has been completed, please reach out to your PetPoint Onboarding Specialist to answer any questions you may have over the next 90 days.  Following that, your questions will be answered by our Support Team.
